I Miss Your Love - Shannon Dee & Nick Saunders

Nick met Shannon through a mutual friend. Nick was sent the musical track of Shannon singing a popular 50’s/60’s song and liked her voice so much that he asked his friend to get in touch with her to see if she would like to sing some of his original material. He sent her some tracks, and they are now in production putting together a CD of original songs.

About the Artist:

Shannon Dee has enjoyed singing since she was 3 years old. She first performed publicly at a State Department of Youth Authority benefit, at 5 years old. She sang a duet with her Mother, and received a standing ovation.


She was signed by Manikin Manor at 8 years old for a Colgate commercial. From there, she performed on the “What If” television show. Next, she performed at the long-standing “Best of Broadway” show in Sacramento. Later, she performed throughout her school years, at various functions and talent shows.   Shannon won several talent shows for singing and dancing, and         received standing ovations with excited crowds.


At the age of 16, she first went into the recording studio to record a demo, which lead to recording original singles. This lead to performances/interviews on CBS, Paramount Pictures, KSTE Talk 650 radio, several club  performances, including Club Soundwave, which was sponsored by 107.9 The End radio station, Sacramento Kings, Downtown Ford commercial, jingle for 103.5 The Bomb, Orangevale Pow Wow Days, and Orangevale News.  She also performed several times at the  California State Fair.

One of Shannon’s songs that she wrote, “Forever”, remained #1 for 16+ weeks on Reverb Nation Dance Charts for Northern California.  


Over the years, Shannon has been approached and received high remarks by many established people in the music industry, to sing and record on their projects and also create the vocal arrangements/melodies. 


Most currently, Nick Saunders of the legendary oldies group, “Herb Cox and the Cleftones” invited Shannon to record a single, which lead to them currently collaborating on an album.
